- Email address (used for sign-in and account management)
- Company name and business sector
- Subscription/tier status
b) Calling and messaging information
- Phone numbers used for inbound/outbound calls
- Call metadata (time, duration, status, direction)
- Call recordings, transcripts, and AI call analysis
- SMS/message content and metadata sent or received through your connected numbers
c) Appointment and CRM-style information
- Appointment details (date/time, title, notes)
- Client information you provide (name, phone, email)
- Contacts you create in the app
d) Device and technical information
- Device model, OS version, app version, IP address
- App usage and diagnostics data
- Push notification token and device identifiers used for notifications
e) Optional permissions and related data
- Microphone: Required to place/handle voice calls
- Notifications: Used to deliver call, message, and appointment alerts
- Contacts (optional): Used to read/add/edit your device contacts when you choose those features
- Tracking permission on iOS (ATT): Requested before enabling advertising/tracking features (where applicable)
EasyAgent does not collect precise GPS location for core functionality.
2) Legal Bases for Processing (where applicable)
Depending on your location, we process personal information based on one or more of the following:

- Consent (for optional permissions/features where required)

4) Third-Party Services
EasyAgent relies on third-party providers to deliver core features. These providers may process data on our behalf:
- Twilio (voice/SMS infrastructure)
- Retell.ai (AI call handling/transcription)
- RevenueCat (subscription management)
- Apple App Store / Google Play (distribution and in-app billing)
- Expo services (notifications, updates, app infrastructure)
- Facebook SDK / Meta (analytics/attribution, where enabled)
Each provider has its own privacy terms.
5) Sharing and Disclosure
We may share information:
- With service providers supporting app operations
- If required by law, legal process, or lawful request
- To protect rights, safety, security, and prevent fraud/abuse
- In a merger, acquisition, or business transfer (with appropriate safeguards)
We do not sell your personal information.
6) Data Retention
We retain data as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention length depends on data type, account status, and legal requirements.
When deletion is requested, we will delete or anonymize personal information unless retention is required for legal, accounting, anti-fraud, or dispute-resolution purposes.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information, including secured transport and authenticated access controls. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.

EasyAgent is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information. You may also:

- Stop use by uninstalling the app
