Account Deletion Request

If you want to delete your account in EasyAgent by DreCom LLC (drecom.dev), this guide shows the exact in-app steps.

In-app steps (actual UI flow)

1. Open the app and make sure you are on the main Home screen.
2. In the bottom tab bar, tap Settings (gear icon).
3. In Settings, scroll down to the Danger Zone section.
4. Tap the red Delete Company option (trash icon row).
5. A native destructive confirmation alert appears.
6. The alert shows two actions: Cancel and Delete Company.
7. To confirm account deletion (handled in this UI as company deletion), tap Delete Company.

Data that will be deleted

• Account/company profile data (email, company name, business sector).
• Stored contacts and client data in the app.
• Appointments and operational data linked to the account.
• Call history and operational metadata associated with the account.
• Messages and transactional content tied to the service number.

Data retention

No data is retained for additional periods after account deletion is confirmed.

All account-linked data is deleted as part of the deletion process.
